David Scott BCL

The firm is led by David who has over 25 years experience practising as a solicitor in Limerick City and County. David was a partner of the practice of Twomey Scott & Co. until he launched his own practice in May 2011.

David also has extensive experience in Personal Injury Litigation and Commercial Litigation. He also advises in the areas of conveyancing, banking, commercial, probate and family law and represents clients in all courts.

David has advised in the set up of various businesses in the Limerick and Mid West region. He also represents various banks in relation to their lending and security transactions.

David is a graduate of UCC and a member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.

Alison McGrath, Financial Controller

Alison has over 10 years of experience in management and financial control.

Alison has specialised in the legal sector for the past 6 years and her responsibilities include risk management, the enforcement of the Solicitors Accounts Regulations 2001 and overseeing the firm’s money laundering obligations and compliance.

Caroline O’Riordan, Legal Executive.

Caroline graduated from the HSI College, Limerick in 1982 with a diploma in secretarial skills and from The Institute of Commercial Management at the Mid West Business Institute in 1993 with a diploma in Business law. She has worked previously the firm of Griffin & Keogh and Twomey Scott & Co.

Caroline has extensive experience as a legal executive primarily in the areas of conveyancing, commercial, probate and litigation.
